We offer full-time benefits, 10 paid holidays, no weekend hours and so much more! We are looking to hire a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at our Fremont, Ohio office, with the flexibility to support other locations as needed. You would be working alongside a dynamic team of healthcare professionals allowing you to utilize your skills and grow in your profession. Under the direction of our Nursing Supervisor, you would be responsible for the assessment of patients, point of care testing, lab and diagnostic follow-up, and other nursing functions to support quality patient care. Β  Hours for this position are: Mondays 7am-7pm, Tuesdays through Thursdays 8am-5pm, Fridays 8am-1pm Β  What You’ll Do: βœ… Work directly with patients Monday through Friday- No Weekends βœ… Perform Adult and Pediatric Nursing Assessments βœ… Communicate clearly with Providers, Patients, and CHS Staff βœ… Follow-up on Lab and Diagnostic testing βœ… Administer injections as needed βœ… Follow all safety, HIPAA, and regulatory guidelines What We’re Looking For: βœ… Graduate of a current accredited Nursing Program βœ… Current License to practice in the State of Ohio as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) βœ… Current Basic Life Support Certification βœ… Minimum of one year as an LPN preferred βœ… Knowledge of documenting with EHR βœ… Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task βœ… Ability to critically think and problem solve βœ… Reliable, professional, and compassionate What We Offer: βœ… Competitive Pay βœ… 10 Paid Holidays βœ… Paid Vacation and Sick Time βœ… Benefits- Health, Dental, Vision, 401K with Match βœ… Health Care Benefit βœ… Positive Work Environment At CHS, we value our team and the critical role they play in patient care.
