*This is a 3rd shift: hours are 10:00 PM-6:30 AM PT

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for one or more departments and/or shift consisting of 2 or more direct reports.

  • Responsible for the ongoing ISO compliant and cost-effective manufacture of specific products or sub-products.

  • Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.

  • Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned area.

  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures/policies to determine appropriate action.

  • Drive continuous process improvement activities.

  • Maintain and adhere to inventory and material goals.

  • Interacts daily with subordinates and/or functional peer groups.

  • Interaction normally involves exchanges or presentations of factual information.

  • Provides direct supervision to professional individual contributors and/or skilled or semi-skilled non-exempt employees.

Qualifications:

•            Strong leadership skills.

•            Strong problem-solving skills.

•            Ability to work in a dynamic and team-oriented work environment.

•            Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook E-mail.

•            Excellent communication and organizational skills.

•            High School diploma or 15+ years related work experience.

Salary: $98K- $135K DOE
