Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience in a family practice setting.  We offer a competitive compensation package--including paid malpractice insurance.  As a Federally Qualified Health Center, our providers are eligible to apply for student loan repayment through National Health Service Corps (NHSC)- up to $75,000 for full-time employees. Other benefits include paid vacation, sick time, and retirement benefits.    What You’ll Do: ✅ Work directly with patients Monday through Friday- No Weekends ✅ Perform Adult and Pediatric Assessments ✅ Communicate clearly with Providers, Patients, and CHS Staff ✅ Follow-up on Lab and Diagnostic testing ✅ Administer injections as needed ✅ Follow all safety, HIPAA, and regulatory guidelines What We’re Looking For: ✅ Graduate of a current accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Program ✅ Current License to practice in the State of Ohio as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) ✅ Current Basic Life Support Certification ✅ Minimum of two years as an FNP preferred ✅ Knowledge of documenting with EHR ✅ Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task ✅ Ability to critically think and problem solve ✅ Reliable, professional, and compassionate What We Offer: ✅ Competitive Pay ✅ 10 Paid Holidays ✅ Paid Vacation and Sick Time ✅ Benefits- Health, Dental, Vision, 401K with Match ✅ Health Care Benefit ✅ Positive Work Environment     CHS is dedicated to providing a healthy environment for our patients, families and staff.
