Position Summary
The Order Fulfillment Associate coordinates order processing and fulfillment activities. This role connects customers, Sales, Operations, and cross-functional teams to assist with timely, accurate, and compliant shipments for patient therapy.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer order entry, purchase order receipt, and shipping transactions in Great Plains and Oracle systems.
- Process internal order requests, including in-service, service orders, service depot requests, evaluations, and demo units.
- Track evaluation agreements and demo equipment logistics with Sales and Operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and freight forwarders to manage domestic and international logistics, shipping pick-ups, and delivery notifications.
- Prepare trade documentation, including Commercial Invoices (CI), Certificates of Origin (COO), Certificates of Conformance (COC), Shipper’s Letters of Instruction (SLI), and Dangerous Goods forms.
- Address order-related inquiries, including shipping discrepancies, complaints, and unit returns.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Experience with order management, CRM, or ERP systems (Great Plains, Oracle).
- Knowledge of Dangerous Goods/Hazardous Material shipping procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Written, verbal, and data entry skills.
- Ability to organize tasks, address customer issues, and maintain professionalism.
Experience & Certification Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in order processing or sales support.
- 1–2 years preparing export documentation.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Dangerous Goods certification for Lithium batteries
