Summary:

We are seeking a tech-savvy Product Manager to join our dynamic team at our Fremont, Northern Calif office . Your role will focuse on consumer electronics, hardware, and everyday tech solutions. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle across categories such as hardware, peripherals, networking, and storage. Driving product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market execution. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs (B2B & B2C), and vendor partnerships, delivering innovative for high-demand products.  

Job Description:

  • Own and manage P&L performance for assigned hardware product lines, driving revenue growth, margin optimization, and overall lifecycle profitability 
  • Build and maintain strategic vendor/OEM relationships across executive, product, and operational levels to align on roadmap, supply, and go-to-market initiatives 
  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, including product launches, promotions, and channel marketing programs for consumer electronics and hardware solutions 
  • Partner closely with sales teams and channel partners to identify new business opportunities, support sell-through, and drive pipeline growth 
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer demand to inform product positioning, assortment, and roadmap decisions 
  • Create reports, dashboards, and executive presentations to track performance, KPIs, and strategic initiatives 
  • Develop annual and quarterly business plans, including revenue targets, marketing investments, and growth strategies 
  • Design and implement pricing strategies across key accounts and channels, balancing competitiveness, margin, and market positioning 
  • Lead demand planning, forecasting, and inventory management in collaboration with vendors and supply chain teams to optimize availability and minimize excess or obsolete stock 
  • Maintain strong category and technical knowledge of assigned product segments (e.g., storage, networking, peripherals, displays, surveillance), including emerging technologies and industry trends

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • Minimum three years of Product Management, sales and/or BDM related experience in IT hardware distribution channel or manufacture
  • Ability to develop business strategy that can drive in incremental sales revenues and profit for the company
  • High achiever and sales goal oriented
  • Good business communication skills including verbal and written, be able to communicate effectively over the phone
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent time management skills, able to handle multi-tasks and stay focused
  • Able to adapt in high pace business environment
  • Experiences with IT components preferred
  • Require physically work in the office
