Scope of Work

Standard Qualifications

  • Required Bachelor's Degree Graduate of accredited speech therapy program
  • Preferred Master's Degree Graduate of accredited speech therapy program
  • Preferred Doctorate Graduate of accredited speech therapy program
  • 2 years of relevant experience May be part of clinical education experience Preferred
  • 2 years of relevant experience Home Care Only Required
  • LIC-Speech Language Pathologist - State of Michigan State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or
  • LIC-Speech Language Pathologist Education Limited Temporary - State of Michigan State of Michigan required during CFY Upon Hire required
  • CRT-Speech Language Pathologist - ASHA American Speech-Language-Hearing Association preferred
  • LIC-Driver's License - STATE_MI State of Michigan Home Care Business Lines

    Upon Hire required
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
