Job DetailsJob Location: Fremont HQ - Fremont, CA 94538Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High SchoolSalary Range: $23.00 - $27.00 HourlyJob Category: ManufacturingNight Shift: Tuesday to Saturday from 10pm to 6:30am Summary: Operates ATE equipment to test customers’ parts according to daily production and engineering schedule. Notifies Maintenance personnel and Lead when units per hour (UPH) are not met or if downtime arises. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned): Operates test equipment: Pick and place handlers, loading test programs on testers, scanner equipment, hand/bench test equipment, etc. Accurately enter binning and yield data into the Test Database by reviewing physical unit counts and interpreting test summary reports to ensure alignment with test results. Follows proper ESD and test procedures. Follows travelers, test specifications, and instructions from customers and production control coordinators; verifies correct test program is loaded and executed to ensure accurate test results and binning. Obtains specified test hardware from Hardware Control Room such as probe card, test load board, handler change kit etc. Follows test operating instructions according to guidelines set by customers and engineers Maintains a clean and orderly work environment according to 5S standards Listens for machine alarm (due to jamming, loading assist, unloading assist, end lot, temperature unstable error, etc.) and notifies Lead or Maintenance personnel as soon as possible and performs basic level troubleshooting and clearance. Informs shift lead or shift supervisor when problem/s occur during testing. Documents test operation results per shop order instructions and in accordance with ISO guidelines. Cleans and maintains test equipment as appropriate Ensure that setup duration is within the operation setup specs, and report to Shift Lead or Supervisor if issues or problems arise Reviews and follows production schedule and priorities, or as directed by Test Floor Lead, or Test Floor Manager Sets up some test equipment: handlers, Thermo-stream, Silicon-Thermal, changeover scanner vacuum suction cup and/or hand/bench test equipment according to customer specifications. Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Requires ability to write reports and business correspondence. Requires ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, vendors, and customers. Will require an understanding of Safety per ISO regulations and ESD protection Computer Skills: Will be trained in ISE TFS database system. Some knowledge of MS Office Suite. Some knowledge of Unix/Linux command. Other Skills and Abilities: Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills Able to communicate effectively Detailed oriented Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision Occasional lifting and/or moving of parts 30 to 50lbs.
