Now Hiring: Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a well-established food manufacturing organization. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, supporting equipment reliability, and leading a team focused on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, maintenance leadership experience, and a background in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the maintenance team while promoting a strong safety culture
Assign, prioritize, and follow up on maintenance activities
Oversee preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues
Support facility maintenance, equipment reliability, and process improvements
Participate in safety meetings, emergency response protocols, and continuous improvement initiatives
Manage maintenance schedules, resources, and department expenditures
Identify opportunities for cost savings and plant safety enhancements
Collaborate with leadership and operations teams to support facility goals

Qualifications:

2–5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a union environment
3–5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in food manufacturing
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance principles
Experience with preventive maintenance programs
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members
Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
