BI Analyst
Hybrid position in Fremont

- Document dataset requirement for analysis to address issues encountered in the day to day operations for HYVE business
- Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences
- Construct forecasts, recommendations, and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge
- Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements
- May provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues
- May directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools
- This is a general role in which employees work with multiple types of business data
- Help to oversee end‑to‑end execution of manufacturing projects on managing data‑driven projects that support operations, manufacturing performance
- Coordinate cross-functional team to facilitate communication between multiple teams to smooth and speed up the project
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic understanding of data analysis and modeling tools
- Basic math, finance and business administration skills
- Proficient in utilizing MS Excel to complete complex tasks
- Basic experience in working with MS Power BI reports
- Visual Design or User Experience Design experience is a plus
- Proficiency with SQL and Access is a plus
- Proven Experience in computer manufacturing, computer components, or electronics industries
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Understanding reporting governance, KPI frameworks, or operational analytics
- Basic AI concepts to improve working and reporting efficiency
- Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw conclusions, and make recommendations, etc.

Salary Range 67-83K.
