What You'll Do:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans 

• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to maximize independence and function

• Address ADLs, mobility, safety awareness, and adaptive equipment needs

• Collaborate with physicians, care teams, residents, and families 

• Maintain accurate documentation, billing, and discharge planning 

• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to support positive outcomes

 
 

Qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

• Active state Occupational Therapist license

• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient-centered care skills
