This is an exciting time at Enovix! We are looking for experienced candidates to help support our 50,000 square-feet lithium-ion battery production facility in Penang, Malaysia for commercialization of our 3D Silicon™ Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Lead (TPL) candidate to lead our product development programs. As a TPL, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, R&D, process development, manufacturing engineering, procurement & supply chain, sales, and finance. You will be responsible for developing and managing complex program schedules, tracking progress against these plans, and ensuring the company hits our targets. This inclusive of successful ramp of new products into HVM.The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a team player and a team leader. 

Responsibilities

• Planning & scheduling project goals, milestones, and deliverables

• Work cross-functionally to ensure projects are resourced appropriately, scopes are well defined, schedule targets are met.

• Organize and manage technical discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful & scalable deployment.

• Plan, organize, and orchestrate all tooling build & matrix activities. Facilitate layout and ramp management with engineering.

• Define project scope, plan and direct schedules while focusing on regular & timely high-quality delivery; organize and lead project status and working meetings; brainstorm and lead course correct.

• Drive progress, prioritize key activities, and proactively lead risks.

• Ensure alignment across teams and across stakeholders.

• Identifying & solving project issues effectively, managing conflicts with local and global groups.

• Facilitate communication across the company to ensure plan of record and provide appropriate and timely updates to leadership team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering plus at least 5-7 years of engineering experience

• Minimum of 7 years of program management experience

• Minimum of 10 years of semiconductor or battery manufacturing engineering experience

• Familiar with product development, NPI, MPV and HVM

• Experienced in working cross-functionally and managing large, complex programs.

• Demonstrated business acumen

• Ability to communicate at all levels, from operators to C-level.

• Ability to work with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires to travel internationally.

Benefits:

• Base Salary Range- $142,000 - 215,000
