Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, including answering phones, responding to inquiries, and assisting with scheduling
- Perform client check-in and check-out, including collecting patient information and processing payments
- Room patients and obtain accurate medical histories as needed
- Support doctors and technicians with patient care, treatments, and routine procedures
- Assist with vaccine appointments and basic patient handling
- Help with diagnostics, sample collection, and in-house laboratory work when needed
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and client documentation
- Provide clear client education regarding treatments, estimates, and discharge instructions
- Assist with appointment scheduling, reminders, and managing daily workflow
- Support a variable caseload depending on seasonal and clinic needs
About You
- Previous experience in veterinary medicine preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect warmly with clients and confidently de-escalate challenging situations.
- Dependable, proactive, and able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a busy, hands-on hospital setting.
