Shift: 1st -7:00am -3:00pm *overtime may be required

Reporting directly to the Shift Manager, as a Baler Operator you will be responsible for the safe operation of production equipment using standard operating procedures. Responsibilities include providing assistance in various areas of our manufacturing process as directed. Strive to meet plant goals and customer requirements. Safety is the top priority of every employee.
What you will be doing:
- Following standard operating procedures, health and safety guidelines, and maintaining a clean work area
- Using a forklift to move scrap waste cages and bins from the production floor to the baler room and back
- Loading the baler with paper waste and making/tagging compressed bales
- Using a forklift to move compressed bales to storage locations, including loading bales onto trailers
We’d love to her from you if:
- Must be forklift certified and/or have a minimum of 3 years of forklift driving experience
- Candidate will receive site-specific forklift certification and training on-site
