JOB SUMMARY:
 This position is responsible for coordinating operations and maintenance needs of company assets including, but not limited to, the activities listed below for this market.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Coordinate activities of the Operations Department and distributes daily work assignments.
  • Address requests of client, management and sales staff requests to ensure a successful outcome.
  • Monitor field performance, quality performance of installation crews.
  • Maintain daily work reports as needed.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of photos for proof-of-performance.
  • Maintain completion records of all copies installed.
  • Coordinate work with sub-contractors to ensure timely copy and inventory installation and removals.
  • Coordinate delivery of materials to facility.
  • Maintain accurate records of all copy inventory and storage.
  • Responsible for shipping and receiving materials.
  • Input all completed work for rotation and posting.
  • Initiate and maintain a good working relationship with all sales representative as well as internal and external business partners.
  • Provide good customer service and client support to clientele and company representatives.
  • Keep the “Avails” up-to-date and communicated in a timely manner.
  • Other assigned duties as directed by Regional/General Manager & Operations Manager

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Computer Skills: Excel, Microsoft Word, Power Point and Outlook            
  • Must be multi-task oriented and able to communicate clearly, comprehensively and with complete personal and professional integrity.
  • Good organizational skills, willing to take initiative and self-motivate.

The salary range for this role is $22-$24/per hour.  Compensation is determined during our interview process by assessing a candidate’s experience and skills relative to internal peers and market benchmarks evaluated for the scope and responsibilities of the position.  Please note that the foregoing compensation information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to the California Salary Transparency Law.
