The Career Pathways department at Fresno Mission equips individuals in crisis or recovery with the skills, opportunities, and support they need to find employment and build long-term stability. Through faith-based job readiness and financial literacy classes, along with vocational education that offers hands-on training across multiple industries, we help individuals build a foundation for lasting transformation.Â
The Career Pathways Systems Support role helps the program succeed by managing administrative tasks, data, and daily operations. This role maintains accurate participant records, assists with grant and outcome reporting, coordinates logistics, and helps the Career Pathways team work efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and committed to using their skills to support life-changing work.Â

What You'll Do (Just the Basics)
- Enter data to support grant reporting, funding requirements, and program evaluationÂ
- Create, update, and maintain accurate participant profiles, records, and email accountsÂ
- Track participant goals, progress, attendance, timeclock entries, and outcomesÂ
- Coordinate schedules, calendars, trainings, meetings, and program eventsÂ
- Support vocational education logistics and program coordination Â
- Collect employment outcome data to measure participant success Â
- Prepare reports and documentation for leadership, grants, and funding partnersÂ
- Maintain confidentiality and support clear, accurate communication across departmentsÂ
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and reporting processesÂ
- Participate in department meetings, staff trainings, and professional development Â
- Collaborate with the Career Pathways team to support program goals and participant successÂ

- Experience with data management, reporting, or database systemsÂ

Requirements
Education/Experience
An associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, nonprofit administration, human services, or related field is preferred. Equivalent experience in data management, administrative coordination, or program operations will also be considered. Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills are required.Â

A mature walk with Jesus Christ and able to articulate Biblical beliefs and their application within the context of the Fresno Mission. It is important that each employee possesses and maintain a Christian testimony of their faith and experience in Jesus.
