PAY RANGE: $19.22 - $34.34/hour

This is a great opportunity for an individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills who has a desire to assist members in resolving their challenges.

Responsibilities of this position:

  • The collection and processing of payments on delinquent accounts.
  • Assist members in resolving their challenges
  • Obtain full knowledge of the Loan Exception Policy and Procedures and have the ability to apply this knowledge to situation to help members maintain repayment of their loans.
  • Process and complete follow up on Disability and Life claims
  • Assist in preparation of monthly charge offs for loans and visas
  • Process debt management proposals and payments
