PAY GRADE: 19N

PAY RANGE: $19.07 - $29.59

Department: Consumer Lending

The ideal candidate for this full-time position will have a positive attitude, great member service/sales skills and previous experience in the financial industry.


The Consumer Loan Processor will be responsible for:

  • Presenting credit union loan products and services to members
  • Assisting members with utilizing the products and services
  • Helping to resolve loan related issues
  • Processing all loan transactions, accessing account information, credit bureaus and auto blue book information.


Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of one-year loan processing, call center or banking experience
  • Be proficient in computers and possess good organizational skills 
  • Be service oriented and possess excellent interpersonal, analytical and communication skills
  • Must be available to work between the hours of 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and the occasional Saturday from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.
  • Spanish bilingual employees are encouraged to apply in order to better serve our Spanish speaking members.
