About the Role:
Join J & J QUALITY CONSTRUCTION INC. as an Experienced Carpenter/Cabinet Installer with expertise in KCD Software. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship and contribute to high-quality projects in the Fresno, CA area.
Responsibilities:
- Install cabinets and custom woodwork with precision and attention to detail.
- Utilize KCD Software for design and layout planning to meet customer specifications.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe and working condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building regulations on-site.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior carpenters as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in carpentry and cabinet installation.
- Proficient in KCD Software for cabinet design and project management.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
