Pay & Benefits

Starting pay: $17.50 per hour
30-day performance review with the opportunity for a pay increase based on performance

Schedule

Full-time
Evening and weekend availability is required

Responsibilities

Perform commercial janitorial cleaning services
Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and empty trash
Restock supplies as needed
Follow company cleaning procedures and safety standards
Report maintenance issues or supply needs
Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

At least 1 year of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred
Janitorial certifications are a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work throughout the shift
Ability to read, write, and communicate in basic English to understand safety instructions, work orders, cleaning procedures, and communicate with supervisors and customers as needed
Valid California driver's license
Reliable vehicle
Current vehicle registration
Proof of automobile insurance showing your name on the policy
