$25 – $50 per hour + Incentives
4/10 Schedule | 3-Day Weekends

What You’ll Do

• Install split systems, package units, mini-splits, heat pumps, and ductless systems

• Fabricate and install ductwork and sheet metal

• Read installation plans and layout equipment properly

• Perform light construction work when needed to complete installations

• Troubleshoot HVAC systems when necessary

• Maintain a clean and professional job site

• Deliver excellent customer service in customers’ homes

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year HVAC installation experience

• Knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC systems

• Experience with ductwork and sheet metal

• Ability to read installation plans

• Strong work ethic and team mindset

• Comfortable working directly with homeowners

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

• Frequent bending, kneeling, crawling, and reaching

• Ability to work in confined spaces indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Tuesday – Friday

• Wednesday – Saturday
