Professional Growth and Development Opportunities Clinical Ladders State of the Art Simulation Lab Paid Mileage   Qualifications include but are not limited to:   Completion of a Licensed Vocational Nursing Education Program. Demonstrated ability to work with health team personnel. Minimum 1 year experience in acute care facility or community health agency, (prefer one-year hospice experience). Current LVN license, CPR, recent physical and TB, Tdap, MMR, Varicella, HepB immunizations. Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (i.e., Push, Pull, Lift/Carry 35 lbs). Ability to learn and assimilate the NetSmart Computer Program/System and navigate through multiple technical interface portals to enter and retrieve information related to patient care.
