• Pay: $48,200 - $158,700, Annually
• Schedule: Full Time
• Department Hours: Monday - Saturday: 8:30am - 8:00pm, and Sunday: 10:00am - 6:00pm

What You'll Do

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle buying process
• Build relationships and deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
• Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom contacts
• Maintain product knowledge and achieve sales goals

What You'll Bring

• We prefer a background in sales, retail, or customer-facing positions.
• Motivated by achieving goals and delivering performance.
• Availability to work weekends and a flexible schedule.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The annual Estimated Earnings Range is $48,200.00 - $158,700.00.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission off Individual Payable Gross, and bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability.

Actual pay offered will be based on skills, qualifications, experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
