Position Overview

The Sewer Project Manager works as part of the Sewer Team to ensure achievement of key sales metrics. The Sewer Project Manager visits customers in primarily residential home settings to listen to their needs and determine the best solutions to meet their needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Quickly establish rapport with customers and prospective new customers
  • Perform discovery and needs analysis to determine customers' needs and recommend appropriate products, services, and solutions
  • Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing
  • Create excitement about Allbritten and encourage customers to spread the word about their positive experience
  • Become an expert in your market area, know the area and customer demographics and needs
  • Help set and achieve aggressive sales plans and propose expansions

Qualifications

Required:

  • Unquestionable commitment to ethical conduct
  • Proven track record in direct-to-consumer sales
  • Financial acumen including the ability to determine if a job will be profitable as well as what operational activities affect positive or negative results
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft 365 suite of applications especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint highly organized with exceptional follow-through
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Familiarity with local building codes and ability to speak to company product lines
  • Highly motivated, self-motivated, flexible, and possess and great attitude and outlook
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to lift, lower, push, and pull objects of up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
  • Must be able to continually stand, walk, climb, ascend/descend ladders, bend, stoop, crawl, and crouch, frequently in tight spaces, for extended periods of time, in indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • Must be able to continually use hands/fingers to handle, feel, utilize tools, and operate machinery.

Work Environment

  • Field environment including interior and exterior of customers' residential properties. May require exposure to weather conditions, dusts, and mists that may be present while working outdoors. Exposure to chemicals may occur. Use of personal protective equipment including but not limited to safety-footwear, goggles, gloves, shield, mask or respirator, and hardhats may be required.
  • Must be able to drive a company vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license and insurable driving history.
  • Must pass background screen, drug test, and motor vehicle records check.
