Responsibilities
What You’ll Do Â
You’ll lead a team of 8 recruiters, partner with a peer supervisor, and report to a Talent Acquisition Manager. Our team is nationally recognized by RogueHire, and we’re looking for a leader who can help continue raising the bar.Â

Lead & Develop TalentÂ
- Coach, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team goalsÂ
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and engaging team cultureÂ
- Support employee engagement, performance management, and developmentÂ
Drive Strategic RecruitingÂ
- Partner with leaders to design and execute strategic recruiting plansÂ
- Lead training for hiring leaders and recruiters on best practices Â
- Ensure consistency, fairness, and quality across hiring processesÂ
Leverage Data & InsightsÂ
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and opportunitiesÂ
- Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to leadershipÂ
- Continuously optimize processes and strategiesÂ
Qualifications
What You BringÂ
- Prior leadership experience leading recruiters or TA teams (strongly preferred)Â
- Proven success in fast-paced, high-volume environments with constant changeÂ
- Strong coaching, influencing, and relationship-building skillsÂ
- Experience using data and analytics to drive recruiting decisionsÂ
- Passion for building inclusive, high-performing teamsÂ
Required:Â
- 3+ years in Talent Acquisition or HRÂ
- Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience)Â
