Job Summary
We’re adding licensed therapists to our California telehealth program. In this position, you’ll provide therapy sessions virtually, giving clients access to care they might not otherwise receive. It’s a role that blends flexibility, stability, and the chance to create lasting change.

Position Details

• Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually

Duties

• Provide remote therapy sessions for individuals and families
• Develop treatment plans with achievable goals
• Partner with other clinicians for comprehensive care
• Maintain clear and timely documentation
• Continue professional growth with ongoing learning opportunities

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC)
• At least two years of therapy experience
• Comfortable working in a virtual care environment
