Resident Services Coordinator

Description

The candidate must be motivated, energized, self-starter,  organized, passionate, professional, and approachable.  Must communicate easily and is resourceful and able to build professional relationships.

Part Time- 30 Hours Per Week

Possible travel required.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities of Position

• Plan small events and resident social activities
• Provide resources and connect residents to opportunities and support
• Must be willing to undergo, and pass, background and drug test
• Desire to gain skills and knowledge about the daily realities facing low-income families
