Position Description: Fleet Intern

This position will assist the Warehouse and Fleet team, playing a vital role in supporting the fleet licensing process and re-titling vehicles as needed. Additionally, this role will support our Fleet Coordinator in creating state-wide fleet accounts, including researching requirements, registering vehicles, and deploying registrations to the correct locations. This internship is designed for current college students, offering 12 to 24 hours per week with flexibility around class schedules.

Essential Job Duties:

Assist the fleet team in setting up state-specific fleet accounts, coordinating submissions, and ensuring license plates are delivered to the correct field locations.
Improve data organization by helping transfer, clean up, and properly link historical files to the correct vehicles.
Support the tracking and uploading of companywide maintenance spend into fleet software.
Quickly learn and adapt to new fleet management software systems.
Communicate effectively and professionally, both written and verbal, with people inside and outside the company.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
Ability to communicate effectively on the phone and through email/text in a professional and efficient manner.
Computer skills, including the ability to learn new software and systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are key to success in this role.

Preferred Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
Previous experience with data-heavy projects.
