REAL ALLOY is the market leader in third-party aluminum recycling and specification alloy production.  Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, we have 16 plants strategically located across the United States, Mexico, and Canada.  We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. Advanced technologies enable us to process a large variety of scrap and dross and reduce the amount of residual waste from aluminum manufacturing that would otherwise end up as landfill.

Significant responsibilities with the opportunity to grow in our Furnace Operations Team

• You will learn about our safety and quality programs while participating in our core competency of converting scrap aluminum into new aluminum ready to be used by our customers
• Multiple shifts are available; however, all new employees will start on an 8 hour shift before moving to a 12 hour shift after the initial training is completed

  • Come in ready to learn and work safe!
    • It is necessary to be able to operate power equipment and follow work instructions
    • It is necessary to be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Having a positive team mindset and be ready to complete duties as assigned to support the needs of the team
