The Team You’ll Join: You’ll join the Marketing team at Veris Insights, a high-impact function responsible for shaping how we show up to senior Talent Acquisition leaders and driving engagement with our research and products.

Marketing works closely with Growth, Research, and Product to translate insights into content that builds credibility, drives demand, and strengthens relationships with our client audience. Â

How You’ll Grow: As a Marketing Associate, you’ll own content channels that directly influence how Veris Insights engages the market.
Â
You will be responsible for turning research into content that resonates with senior audiences, contributes to demand generation, and supports the growth of our products.

Through this, you'll develop strong writing, content strategy, and execution skills while building a deep understanding of the recruiting landscape.Â

\n- Write high-quality blogs and long-form content for Talent Acquisition leaders
- Translate research insights and data into clear, persuasive narratives with a strong and differentiated point of view
- Maintain a consistent Veris Insights voice across long-form and short-form content
- Partner with internal leaders to develop executive-level thought leadership
- Own Veris Insights’ organic LinkedIn presence, including content, voice, and performance
- Develop social copy, captions, and posting strategy
- Create supporting multimedia content including graphics, carousels, and short-form video
- Execute copy and creative for paid campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn
- Track performance and iterate messaging and formats based on insights
- Format and publish newsletters and campaign emails
- Conduct rigorous QA to ensure high-quality execution
- Format decks, research summaries, and event materials
- Ensure all materials meet brand standards
- 2–3 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, or multi-channel marketing
- Strong writing skills for a senior B2B audience
- Experience owning or directly managing organic social media, preferably LinkedIn
- Graphic design experience for marketing and presentation materials
- Experience in talent acquisition, HR tech, or research-driven marketing
- Familiarity with HubSpot, SendGrid, or similar tools
- Experience supporting paid media campaigns
- Basic understanding of SEO best practices
- Video editing or short-form content experience
- Salary: $65,000-$72,500 annually, depending on experience
- Location: Remote-first within the U.S., with occasional travel to Washington, DC for in-person collaboration, team off-sites, or strategic planning
- Time Off: Unlimited PTO, plus monthly mental health days
