We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team providing care for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. In this role, you will work with individuals experiencing a wide range of conditions at Emplify Health by Gundersen, Moundview Memorial Hospital and the Extended Care Center in Friendship, WI.

What you will do/job specifics

• Full-time 40 hours/week

• 8 hour shifts, 7am-3:30pm and 8am-4:30pm

• Occasional coverage on weekends

• Work closely with patients and patient family members by evaluating and providing diagnostic and therapeutic services

• Collaborate with other departments and professionals

• Service as a member of the treatment team involved in patient treatment/activity, progress, and discharge planning with follow up care.

What’s Required/What you need

• Graduate from an accredited program for Occupational Therapy

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the State of WI

• CPR Certification (or ability to obtain within 3 months)
