Job Overview:
Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking an IT Finance Manager to be a trusted finance partner and acts as a financial adviser to IT leaders and stakeholders by managing and assessing the financial performance across IT to generate insights that guide decision making. As the IT Finance Manager, you will collaborate with IT, the business, finance, and accounting teams to analyze and communicate drivers of IT’s financial results while also analyzing data to provide insights that guide decision making.

What will you do:
As the IT Finance Manager, you will…
- Provide analysis driven advice by partnering and collaborating with stakeholders across IT and in the business.
- Manage the day-to-day IT financial support including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, chargebacks, financial monitoring, annual operating plan, etc.
- Continuously monitor, review, and adjust (as necessary) forecasts.
- Apply advanced finance and analytical techniques to determine return on investments and solve complex IT business problems.
- Routinely compile and distribute financial reports highlighting trends and insights to IT leadership and key stakeholders.
- Gather and analyze financial information on costs, prices, expenses, and savings for IT financial planning, including market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments to make informed investment decisions.
- Work with IT and business leadership and management to develop and manage costs and annual budgets.
- Track and evaluate IT’s financial performance against benchmarks and business/IT objectives.
Who you are:
- Expert knowledge of financial analysis techniques and portfolio management principles.
- Expert knowledge of financial management principles including risk management techniques to assess and mitigate portfolio risks.
- Expert knowledge of IT cost drivers, cost allocation methodologies, and IT financial management practices.
- Expert knowledge of using IT systems and tools for financial analysis, portfolio management, and reporting (e.g., financial software, data analysis tools, and portfolio management platforms).
- Expert skills to assess the viability, stability, and profitability of a business, sub-business, or product; create accurate plans and financial models; quantify and compare the total costs to the total expected rewards to determine the cost and benefit.
- Leading skills in competitive analysis to benchmark against best in class and being aware of business needs and matching best solutions based on industry trends.
- Expert ability to prepare and present financial reports, investment performance summaries, and portfolio analysis to stakeholders.
- Expert ability to develop and implement investment strategies that align with IT and business objectives and risk tolerance.
- Expert ability to track and analyze IT expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize IT spending.
- Expert ability to work effectively with all levels of employees including senior leadership.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance Business Administration (or related field), or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Typically, 6+ years of experience in financial management, financial analysis, or related role.
- Experience in working with IT systems and technologies and analyzing the financial impact of IT investments and projects.
- Experience in working in multiple, diverse technologies and processing environments.
- Native-level proficiency/fluent in English.
