Position Overview
We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented, and culturally plugged-in Creative Manager to lead the execution of our brand across digital, social, in-store, and franchise marketing touchpoints. This role is responsible for bringing the brand to life visually through compelling creative direction, content production, graphic design oversight, and social-first storytelling.
The ideal candidate is equal parts designer, content creator, and creative strategist — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands modern consumer brands, and can both concept and execute. This person should also have hands-on experience filming and editing engaging social media content optimized for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Brand Management
- Manage day-to-day creative execution across all brand channelsÂ
- Ensure consistency of brand standards across digital, print, in-store, and social touchpointsÂ
- Develop creative concepts and campaigns that support brand marketing initiatives, promotions, LTOs, openings, and partnershipsÂ
- Translate marketing strategies into visually compelling creative assetsÂ
- Help evolve and maintain brand guidelines and creative systems as the company scalesÂ
Content Creation & Social Media Production
- Film, edit, and produce social-first video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platformsÂ
- Capture in-store content including food, lifestyle, employee culture, grand openings, and trend-based social momentsÂ
- Edit short-form videos with a strong understanding of pacing, hooks, transitions, captions, and platform best practicesÂ
- Collaborate with the social media team to create high-performing, platform-native creative assetsÂ
Design & Production
- Create marketing collateral including menus, signage, email graphics, digital ads, presentations, packaging, and promotional materialsÂ
- Prepare production-ready files for print, large format, signage, and vendor executionÂ
- Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure creative quality and accuracyÂ
- Manage creative asset organization and DAM systemsÂ
Qualifications
- 4–7+ years of experience in creative design, graphic design, brand marketing, content creation, or creative productionÂ
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media content, video editing, and campaign executionÂ
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects preferred)Â
- Experience filming and editing content on both professional cameras and mobile devices (iPhone/social-first production)Â
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social content trendsÂ
- Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skillsÂ
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Experience working with consumer, lifestyle, hospitality, restaurant, or retail brands preferredÂ
- Strong communication and collaboration skillsÂ
- Highly organized with strong attention to detailÂ
