Guest Relations Specialist

Position Overview

We are currently seeking detail-focused and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Booking Experience Advisor. In this role, you'll assist clients throughout the reservation process by helping organize trip components, reviewing available options, and ensuring planning details remain accurate from initial request through confirmation.

This flexible remote opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy supporting others, working with online tools, and contributing to a smooth booking experience. Training resources and ongoing guidance are provided for all selected applicants.

Core Responsibilities

• Support clients with organizing travel arrangements and itinerary components
• Review reservation choices across approved supplier platforms
• Share helpful insights aligned with traveler interests and expectations
• Coordinate confirmations and assist with adjustments when needed
• Respond to client questions using email, phone, and messaging systems
• Track updates and maintain accurate planning documentation
• Participate in onboarding sessions and ongoing development activities
