The Head of Talent Relations will lead creator talent acquisition, partnerships, and relationship management strategies. This role involves expanding Dude Perfect's network of collaborators, managing high-profile partnerships, and identifying new talent opportunities aligned with brand values and content goals. Responsibilities include talent acquisition and development, strategic relationship management, and talent integration and management. The role requires 10+ years of experience in talent relations or related fields, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to balance creative vision with business priorities. The position is onsite at Dude Perfect HQ in Frisco, Texas, and may involve occasional travel.
