The Role: At Pinnacle Lodging, we're looking for a Homeowner Relations Coordinator who brings equal parts warmth and hustle. This isn't an admin. It's the intersection of genuine hospitality and problem solving come together. You'll be the reason owners entrust us with their most valuable asset here in Colorado, and the reason they recommend us to all their neighbors. You'll own aspects of the relationship end-to-end, spot opportunities to deepen it, and contribute directly to the growth of our business.

This is an in-person role based out of our offices in Frisco and Breckenridge, CO. Some weekend availability may be required. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in New Owner Outreach. Be a point of contact for potential homeowners across Eagle, Summit County, and beyond. Anticipate homeowner questions based on industry trends, locate growth areas, and work with the Business Development Team to meet growth goals.
  • Provide Thoughtful, Personalized Service.Build genuine relationships with owners and take the time to understand what matters most to them. Connect with services, amenities, and local experiences to enhance our offerings. 
  • Work as a Team.Collaborate closely with the Business Development Team, and other Pinnacle Lodging teams to deliver seamless, coordinated service. Everyone here pulls in the same direction.
  • Keep Operations Running Smoothly.Manage work load, coordinate with contractors and homeowners as needed, and make sure every commitment we make is kept, on time and at the standard Pinnacle is known for.

 

Qualifications:

  • Warm, professional communication, written and verbal, with a natural ability to connect with people and recognize a sales opportunity without it feeling like one.
  • Experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service. You've been in environments where the bar is high and you've met it.
  • Grace under pressure. Challenging situations don't rattle you. You handle them with tact and come out the other side with the relationship intact.
  • Adaptability. No two days here look alike, and you're energized by that, not exhausted by it.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office and CRM tools to track client interactions and activity.

  • Compensation starts at $67,000/annually based on experience and skill level.
