Responsibilities:

Assist lead HVAC technicians with the installation of heating and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings
Help transport, stage, and position HVAC equipment, tools, and materials at job sites
Support ductwork installation, equipment mounting, and system setup tasks
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on all job sites
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures during installations
Communicate professionally with team members and customers throughout the job
Learn HVAC installation techniques, tools, and best practices on the job

Requirements:

No prior HVAC experience required — a willingness to learn is a must
Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand and power tools
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, climbing, and working in tight spaces
Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Ability to work in varying weather conditions and outdoor environments
Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
