Qualifications

  • CDA, Associate, or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood (preferred)

  • 1–2 years of experience (preferred)

  • State-required training completed

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment

  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed for child safety and care

  • Meets background check requirements
