What You’ll Do
As a Medical Assistant, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive, welcoming patient experience while supporting our providers and clinic team.
- Perform manual patient vitals
- Perform routine blood draws
- Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections as directed by the provider
- Maintain lab equipment, documentation, and quality controls
- Prepare and process in-house and outside laboratory testing
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and general clinic organization
- Support front desk operations when needed
- Build positive relationships with patients and teammates
- Jump in wherever needed to keep the clinic running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
We care about who you are just as much as what’s on your resume.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy certification preferred, but not required
- At least 3 months of relevant medical experience performing phlebotomy, injections, and vitals or documented completion of 180 externship hours
- Venipuncture and injection experience highly preferred
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a patient-first mindset
- Reliable, flexible, and willing to help wherever needed
- Strong communication skills and positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass a criminal background check
Clinic Schedule
Monday: 8 AM–5 PM
Tuesday: 8 AM–7 PM
Wednesday: 8 AM–1 PM
Thursday: 7 AM–5 PM
Friday: 8 AM–5 PM
Saturday: 8 AM–12 PM
