About the role

  • We are looking for a part time 20 hours a week Operations/Billing Assistant who will work remotely and come onsite in Frisco 1 day a month

What you'll do

  • Generate and manage invoices using QuickBooks Online (QBO)
  • Support operational workflows through Rippling
  • Maintain accurate financial and operational records
  • Assist with reporting, data entry, and process organization
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

  • Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) preferred
  • Familiarity with Rippling or similar HR/operations platforms
  • Strong organizational and independent working skills
  • Proficiency in Excel is a plus
  • Ability to manage tasks with minimal supervision
