Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Pharmacist in Charge with bilingual proficiency in Spanish to join our dynamic healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
- Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Provide professional and courteous service, offering medication counseling and health advice to patients in both English and Spanish.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care, therapeutic outcomes, and medication management.
- Ensure accurate and efficient prescription filling processes, minimizing errors and maximizing patient safety.

Qualifications:
