We’re looking for a Principal Product Manager who lives and breathes Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) replacement, someone who can turn deep technical fluency into products customers genuinely love.

As a Principal Product Manager, you won’t just handle a backlog, you’ll lead the vision, roadmap, and results for some of our most complex, highest-impact products. Part visionary, part strategist, part data analyst, and full-time customer evangelist, you’ll turn deep customer insight and technical know-how into products that drive growth and genuinely improve people’s lives.
This role is located at our Frisco, TX HQ and offers 3 days a week in person collaboration!
What You'll Do:
- Lead the end-to-end strategy, vision, and roadmap for CCaaS, POTS replacement, and cross-platform solutions at the highest level of complexity.
- Get close to customers, through research, interviews, and hands-on testing, to uncover real problems worth solving.
- Turn insight into action: shape product requirements, define specs, and guide execution across 9+ Agile teams.
- Make the business case: build ROI models, secure funding, and defend your roadmap in front of senior leaders.
- Stay ahead of trends in CCaaS, telephony, and cross-platform tech, and translate them into competitive advantage.
- Lead through influence, presenting confidently anywhere from your engineering team to the C-suite.
What You'll Bring:
- 10+ years in product management within Agile software environments, including 7–9 years (Bachelor’s degree) or 5+ years (advanced degree) and 5+ years of CCaaS/POTS-specific experience.
- More than 10 years Relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment.
- Deep, hands-on expertise in CCaaS and/or POTS replacement, ideally backed by a CCIE (Voice and Collaboration) or equivalent certification.
- A track record of shipping complex, high-scope products end to end, not just writing user stories, but owning outcomes.
- Sharp analytical instincts paired with genuine customer empathy.
- The presence and polish to influence team members at every level, from individual contributors to EVPs.
Required Certifications:
CCIE Cisco Certified Internet Expert-Voice and Collaboration or equivalent CCaaS certifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Travel:
Travel Required (Yes/No): Yes, but minimal. Travel to the occasional industry conference may be required
