We are looking for a Restoration Technician to join our team! You will be making an impact each day by responding to customer needs for Water, Mold and Fire Restoration jobs. This includes the completion of drying, demolition, and other restoration activities.Ā
You are IICRC certified with meaningful previous experience in cleaning/restoration. You hold yourself to a high standard and care deeply about the quality of your work and its impact on customers and your team.Ā

Responsibilities:Ā
- Perform production/restoration process per work order and operations instructionsĀ
- Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipmentĀ
- Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
- Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearanceĀ
- Communicate openly with crew chief and other techniciansĀ

Qualifications:Ā
- IICRC certification (Willing to train)
- Experience in cleaning/restoration
- Experience serving commercial propertiesĀ
- Valid driverās licenseĀ
- High school diploma/GEDĀ
Ā
Physical Requirements :
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
