Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional complex project by defining scope, establishing timelines, allocating resources, and driving accountability to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Manage timelines and scope to drive successful project outcomes, proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation plans to ensure adherence to commitments.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between leadership, Commercial, Brand, R&D, procurement, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to maintain alignment and transparency across all stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication, providing clear project status updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to leadership.
  • Champion process discipline and best practices, ensuring adherence to KDP’s project management
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies, streamlining workflows, and applying lessons learned across projects.
  • Provide strategic insight by connecting project objectives to broader business goals and identifying opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
  • Support commercialization readiness, ensuring all supply chain, procurement, and production elements are aligned for timely launch and execution

Total Rewards:
  • Salary range $76,400 - $105,000
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • 3+ years of progressive project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives—preferably in CPG, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar or enterprise-level commercialization, capital, or expense projects.
  • Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across all organizational levels—both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments, with the agility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Power BI, and SAP or comparable ERP systems.
