This standard was upheld through the expansion into Sports and Entertainment Hospitality Services by providing elevated concessions and premium offerings to collegiate stadiums, PGA golf tournaments, International Boat Shows, Professional Sports Teams, & more. We are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager for the Comerica Center. This position will oversee the receiving and processing of incoming stock/product, preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup for various events as well as performing inventory and quality control. Qualifications Managing all warehouse staff: Warehouse Associates, loading dock workers, and temporary workers. Responsible for the overall cleanliness of the warehouse and associated offices. Creating equipment pull forms and pulling equipment for events.  Must become familiar with equipment terminology. Unpacking and organizing equipment returned to warehouse. Ensure monthly inventory is counted and submitted. Performs transfers of products and/or merchandise to and from the warehouse Responsible for receiving products and merchandise, checking for quality and damages to items, and the proper storage of the delivered products and merchandise Responsible for operating equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc. Assists warehouse team with equipment & inventory control. Processes requests for supplies, prepares merchandise for delivery, and prepares packages for shipping according to established procedures Responsible for both pre & post event set-up/break down responsibilities Ensures security of company assets Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager Performs other related duties as needed. Education and/or Experience 2+ years of warehouse lead experience Must be available for a variety of shift times (nights and weekends are needed) Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, ability to be DOT certified and have the ability/willingness to drive box trucks. On average 20% of the typical job duties will include office work while 80% of the duties will be performed as the “boots on the ground” manager. The work environment will largely be in the warehouse, associated offices, and onsite at events. Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of standing, moving through a limited space, and walking on various surfaces Bending, lifting, scooping, and carrying miscellaneous equipment and food items Must have ability to occasionally lift up to 60 lbs Position Salary & Benefits: This is a salary position with a range of $45,000-$60,000/year.
