Duties and Responsibilities (Reformatted) Customer Service & Front-End Support
  • Maintains an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with emphasis on fast, friendly service.
  • Answers and responds to incoming calls professionally.
  • Supports the Customer Service Center by covering breaks and lunch periods as needed.
  • Receives, resolves, and appropriately escalates customer complaints to the Store Director when necessary.
Cash Office, Bookkeeping & Financial Controls
  • Completes all phases of the reconciliation process; prepares and proofs daily deposit slips.
  • Performs bookkeeping duties, including balancing accounts receivable.
  • Monitors cashier accountability; researches discrepancies and reports shortages or issues to the Service Operations Manager and Store Director.
  • Partners with Division Loss Prevention and front‑end leadership to resolve cash-related issues and other forms of shrink.
  • Maintains the sales book and reports daily/weekly sales to the Store Support Center.
Scheduling, Compliance & HR Administration
  • Reports schedule violations promptly to the Store Director and department managers.
  • Submits and processes payroll accurately and on time.
  • Maintains Time & Attendance reports, corrections, schedules, and personnel records per Company guidelines.
  • Coordinates and tracks leave of absence requests, returns from leave, reinstatements, terminations, and personnel status changes.
  • Maintains secure, compliant storage of all Employee HR Records, ensuring medical files are stored separately from personnel files.
  • Updates breakroom HR communication boards and ensures legal compliance posters are current.
Recruiting, Hiring & Onboarding
  • Reviews internal and external applications; conducts screening interviews and coordinates interviews with department managers.
  • Administers the Job Posting Program, including pre‑employment drug testing and tax credit processing.
  • Completes new hire processing, coordinates training, and conducts orientation and other required training programs.
  • Manages all aspects of the hiring process, including:
    • Computer‑assisted application and hiring systems
    • In‑store and off‑site recruiting activities
    • Maintenance of recruiting materials, applications, and policy acknowledgment forms
    • Recordkeeping for interviews and hiring documentation
HR Coordination & Employee Support
  • Serves as liaison between the store and the Human Resources, Payroll, and Benefits Departments.
  • Handles payroll and benefits administration issues and coordinates solutions with HR representatives.
  • Works closely with the Store Director and HR regarding personnel matters and compliance.
General Office Management & Administrative Support
  • Orders and assigns uniforms, name badges, and office supplies.
  • Manages outgoing and incoming mail, the Administrative Coordinator email account, and maintains office files.
  • Maintains accurate department records and processes administrative paperwork.

Pay Transparency:


Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement. Candidates with unique qualifications may be considered for compensation above this range. Dependent on length of service, hours worked, any applicable collective bargaining agreement and/or Company policy, benefits may include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay*, PTO/Vacation pay*, paid holidays*, bereavement pay and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401(k) eligibility).  Associates in this position may be eligible for a quarterly bonus, subject to Company bonus plans. *For roles in Washington State: Sick pay and PTO/Vacation pay are accrued based on hours worked and paid holidays are issued at 7-9 days annually.
