Shift: 20 hrs/week

Birch Agency is currently hiring apart-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)to work within school settingsnear Plano, Texasfor the 20252026 school year.

This is a single-school positionsupporting elementary-age students and staff in a public charter school setting. The BCBA will provide behavior consultation, develop and implement behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with school teams to support student success.

Position Details:

• Schedule:Full time, 37.5 hours per week

• Setting:School-based, district-wide

• Location:Near Plano, Texas

Qualifications:

• ActiveBCBA certificationrequired

• Experience working in school or pediatric settings preferred

• Strong collaboration and communication skills
