  • The compensation for this role is $15.00 per hour.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 1-year experience in front desk  (spa, med spa, salon ), skincare or cosmetic sales
  • Flexible schedule
  • Must be able to work Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, opening or closing shifts.
  • Must have 1+ years of spa experience or within a similar customer experience industry.
  • Have a polished appearance per our dress code guidelines (willing to cover any visible tattoos or facial piercings during shift hours). Only natural hair colors accepted, unless approved by Spa Manager. Nails must be kept clean; neutral polishes only.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with managers, team members and guests.
  • Natural leader with the ability to ensure daily tasks are completed
  • An interest in being developed for a future leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter, and complete appropriate tasks without being promoted.
  • Background check required
RESPONSIBILITIES- This is a client facing role with the ability to quickly be promoted to leadership and management roles

  • Sales-driven, and have a customer service-oriented personality, as position requires making spa/product recommendations and selling of products and services.
  • Ability to accurately receive payments, keep record, answer the phone, book/confirm appointments, check clients in and out.
  • Confidently run front desk operations solo, including guest check-ins, client scheduling, and phones, while management focuses on back-of-house support.
  • Work with a guest experience team to ensure all tasks are correctly completed each day
  • Must have ability to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, while maintaining professionalism.
  • Partake in regular meetings with Spa Manager and/or Ownership
  • Correctly coordinate and oversee guest’s appointments, service changes and dining requests
  • Ability to anticipate, handle and overcome client and team objections.
  • Interacts agreeably with consideration towards guests and team members.
  • Ensure spa is well maintained to guarantee the highest guest experience.
  • Stock locker room, lounge, dining room and treatment rooms with appropriate amenities such as towels, robes, beverages, snacks, etc.
  • Ability to lift, bend, stoop, walk and carry up to 30lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to stand and move throughout spa and continuously perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
