Telemarketer / Appointment Setter (Sales Support) – Part-Time (On-Site)

Are you ambitious, creative, and outgoing? Join Kay Patel State Farm in Frisco, TX as a Part-Time Appointment Setter / Lead Coordinator. You’ll help grow our agency by connecting with potential customers and coordinating appointments for our licensed Sales team.

This is lead follow-up and appointment setting only — you will not be selling policies.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads
  • Follow up with internet and marketing leads
  • Schedule appointments for licensed agents to review insurance options
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes in Salesforce CRM
  • Provide friendly, professional service on every call
  • Track lead status and ensure timely follow-up
  • Work toward appointment-setting targets while maintaining high-quality lead information
Qualifications

  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and self-motivation
  • Comfortable making outbound calls
