As a Maintenance Worker, you’ll play an important role in keeping our hotel safe, comfortable, and operating at its best. You’ll respond to maintenance requests, complete repairs, maintain guest rooms and public spaces, and support a variety of property needs.

Working alongside the Engineering team, you’ll use your skills in areas such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance while helping create a positive experience for our guests and Curators.

Education and Experience

• Previous maintenance, engineering, facilities, construction, or related experience preferred.
• Painting experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of building maintenance and repair.
• Ability to safely use maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to read basic blueprints or technical diagrams.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow safety, health, and chemical-handling requirements.
• Ability to obtain required licenses, certifications, or permits.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Active, hands-on position requiring work indoors and outdoors.
• Frequently stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach.
• Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to safely operate maintenance tools and equipment.
• May work in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
• May be exposed to chemicals, fumes, mechanical equipment, electrical hazards, and elevated areas.
• Must follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
• Must maintain clean and organized work areas.
