Technical Operations Analyst II

Location: Frisco, TX (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

What You’ll Do:

Provide technical support for ATMs across NCR, Diebold, Hyosung, and more.

Troubleshoot remotely and coordinate field service when needed.

Collaborate with engineers, vendors, and customers to resolve issues quickly.

Document processes and support projects that enhance ATM functionality.

Monitor ATM performance and maximize uptime in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience with NCR Full Function ATMs.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows.

Excellent communication skills; Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Ability to work after-hours as needed.
